ProTax Services LLC is a full-service virtual tax preparation and filing service. We’re located in Charlotte, NC, serving clients throughout the US since 2017. We take the mystery out of preparing and filing your taxes by providing a simple process, an easy upload portal, and clear communication with you from start to finish. Every aspect of preparing and filing your taxes can be completed remotely via our secure portal.
I’m Debra Stokes White, your personal Tax Pro. Before launching ProTax Services as an independent tax office I worked with two of the large retail tax office chains. With 10 years experience preparing and filing personal and small business taxes, I’m ready to serve you.
We’ll meet via video or phone (your choice), verify your identity, get answers to a few questions, and receive your forms and documents. I take it from there.
When your tax documents are ready to file, I’ll send them to you for review and approval, along with a “no surprise fees” invoice. After you approve your documents and submit payment I’ll file with the IRS and your state(s), and provide you with a means of tracking the status of your tax returns. Easy peasy for you!
